An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a long established Non-Profit organisation based in Dublin 24.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings and prepare materials in advance.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring sensitive information is handled with discretion.
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
* Liaise with the Board of Trustees and Company Secretary, assisting with board meetings, documentation and governance processes.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the central office, ensuring smooth operations and effective administration.
* Line manage the Central Office Administration Team and oversee hybrid working and meeting room bookings.
* Coordinate off-site events and support the organisation of major events such as conferences.
Key Skills and Requirements
* At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional documents independently.
* Strong time-management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
* Experience in the non-profit, health or public sector; understanding of board governance and charity compliance.
