Are you ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of FMCG? Here in Kepak we are now recruiting for a Category Executive in our Red Meat Division.
As a Category Executive, you'll be at the heart of our Insight, Innovation & Marketing team, working closely with the Senior Category Manager. You'll dive into data analysis, create actionable insights, and support the delivery of category plans. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for travel across the UK and Ireland.
What you'll Do:
* Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
* Create reports and dashboards to track performance and share insights with internal teams and retail partners
* Support retailer meetings with insightful presentations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category plans with business goals and strategy
* Research the market, staying up to date on category, consumer and market trends and providing insights to the team
What We Offer:

* 1-2 years experience in a data-focused or analytical role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a similar industry
* Comfortable working with data, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience with Excel (Power BI, or Tableau is a plus)
* Attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy and the ability to interpret data effectively
* Good communication skills and confident in presenting insights and collaborating with internal teams
* A Team Player who is eager to learn, proactive, and able to contribute to a collaborative team
* Knowledge and understanding of grocery retail and shopper behaviour in the UK and Ireland is desirable but not essential
* Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
