They are now seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join their team. This senior appointment is ideal for an accomplished professional who blends strong client management with strategic vision, creative problem-solving, and proven leadership. The successful candidate will oversee flagship accounts, cultivate long-term client partnerships, and direct campaigns that deliver meaningful results. Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic counsel and direction across high-profile corporate accounts.
* Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Lead the development and execution of corporate communications strategies and campaigns.
* Drive proactive engagement with business and national media outlets, cultivating trusted relationships.
* Play an active role in business growth, including pitch development and new client acquisition.
* Champion integrated communications approaches, working collaboratively across teams.
* Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a high-performance culture of learning and development.
* Contribute to the evolution of agency processes and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5–6 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a senior agency role.
* Proven ability to manage C-suite stakeholders and lead high-value client accounts.
* Strong background in strategic planning, reputation building, and campaign delivery.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across multiple channels.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and team management.
* In-depth knowledge of the Irish media landscape; international exposure a plus.
* Skilled in handling issues and crisis communications, with practical experience desirable.
