Group Marketing Lead to own and scale our end-to-end marketing function across multiple products and regions. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role at the centre of our commercial engine - responsible for product positioning, go‑to‑market execution, pipeline impact, and brand quality across Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.
Your Responsibilities
As Group Marketing Lead, you’ll have full accountability for marketing strategy and execution across Drive Inc.’s product portfolio - translating product capability into commercial impact while building a premium, industry‑leading brand.
Marketing Ownership & Commercial Impact
Own the end‑to‑end marketing function across products and audiences, with accountability for pipeline and commercial outcomes
Act as the central marketing partner to Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Leadership
Set and maintain high creative standards across all channels, ensuring a premium, modern brand
Product Marketing & Go‑To‑Market
Define clear, differentiated value propositions rooted in real customer needs
Lead positioning, messaging, and integrated GTM for launches and feature updates
Translate complex product capabilities into sharp, sales‑ready narratives
Adapt messaging by region while maintaining a consistent brand story
Continuously refine positioning based on customer feedback and market signals
Sales Enablement
Build and maintain high‑quality sales materials (pitch decks, one‑pages, case studies, playbooks, talk tracks)
Support major messaging shifts with clear internal communication and updated collateral
Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity, and close rates
Create workflows that prioritise high‑intent leads and reduce manual effort
Flagship Event Ownership – Nevo Electric Vehicle Show
Own marketing strategy for Ireland’s largest consumer EV event - from demand generation to post‑event pipeline conversion
Deliver measurable outcomes across attendance, qualified leads, partner value, and revenue impact
Lead messaging and creative direction to ensure a premium, industry‑leading experience
Growth, Automation & Performance
Own CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot), including lifecycle, onboarding, and retention
Build behaviour‑triggered workflows to support lean sales teams
Manage multi‑channel acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and X
Track performance and optimise continuously to improve CPA, traffic growth, and pipeline acceleration
Content, Creative & Execution
Stay hands‑on across messaging, copywriting, and content development
Collaborate closely with design to maintain brand consistency
Produce high‑quality social content and digital assets with strong creative judgement
Operating Style & Leadership
Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Prioritise ruthlessly around highest‑impact initiatives
Pivot quickly as commercial priorities change
Bring high ownership, strong agency, and deep cross‑functional collaboration

Experience managing marketing executives and working closely with design
Comfortable setting direction, prioritising work, and maintaining high performance standards
What You Need to Be Successful
We’re looking for a senior marketer who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution - someone equally comfortable shaping narrative, building systems, and driving measurable commercial results.
You’ll excel if you have:
5+ years’ experience across product marketing, growth, or B2B marketing (ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech‑enabled businesses)
Proven ownership of go‑to‑market strategy and execution
Strong commercial mindset with experience influencing pipeline and revenue
Deep comfort with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
Experience working closely with Sales and Product in high‑growth environments
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and storytelling ability
High standards for creative quality and brand consistency
A proactive, results‑driven mindset - comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
