Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
* Utilize advanced tools to investigate and troubleshoot complex problems
* Document customer interactions, including issue resolution and lessons learned
* Partner with engineering and account management teams to drive strategic solutions
Required Skills:
* Deep technical expertise in storage, networking, and virtualization environments
* Strong understanding of Linux administration and debugging utilities
* Experience with remote file access protocols, including NFS and SMB
* Familiarity with storage-related concepts, such as virtualization and data protection
