ADHD Now is a pioneering digital health platform, transforming ADHD care across Ireland by offering accessible assessments and support services. Our mission is to provide individuals with the resources and care they need to understand ADHD and live better lives. We are growing quickly and are looking for dedicated professionals to join our expanding clinical team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our team. This role will involve providing therapeutic interventions for individuals with ADHD, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to client care and service development. Your expertise will support our mission of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to those navigating ADHD and related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to clients with ADHD and related conditions.
* Client Support: Develop and implement personalised treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
* Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
* Client Education: Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families to support their understanding of ADHD and effective coping strategies.
* Clinical Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Service Development: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing ADHD care services, contributing ideas for new approaches and programs.

Qualifications:

* Education: A Master’s degree in Psychotherapy or a related mental health field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with expertise in ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders.
* Professional Registration: Must be registered with an accredited body, such as the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP), or equivalent.
* Skills: Demonstrated experience in therapeutic modalities effective for ADHD (e.g., CBT, mindfulness-based therapies), strong clinical assessment skills, and treatment planning.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with team members.
