About Your New Job
* Support recruitment campaigns: Coordinate key activities such as advertising, shortlisting logistics, and communications with hiring teams.
* Onboarding support: Provide administrative and logistical support for onboarding activities, including welcome materials, system access for new starters, and integration days.
* Data management: Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding data on various spreadsheets.
* External liaison: Work with external advertising platforms and recruitment partners to place job advertisements and monitor responses.
* Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative steps and enhance the candidate experience.
* Compliance and support: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, and provide practical recruitment support and advice.
What Skills You Need
* Essential Criteria:
o Relevant experience in in-house recruitment/talent acquisition.
o Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
o Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
o Proficiency in standard office IT systems and willingness to learn HR platforms.
o Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
* Desirable Criteria:
o Experience in public sector recruitment/talent acquisition.
o Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related area.
