Lead Early Years Centre Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Early Years professional to lead our centre, shaping a nurturing environment where children and colleagues thrive.
Your expertise will drive exceptional outcomes, as you oversee all aspects of centre operations and deliver a dynamic emergent curriculum tailored to meet individual needs.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee centre operations, ensuring high standards in quality, safety, hygiene, and care.
* Develop and implement a dynamic emergent curriculum, meeting the individual needs of children.
* Monitor and maintain compliance with sector developments, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with your Deputy Manager to drive centre development and occupancy optimisation.
* Maintain professional relationships with external agencies, including Tusla and the Early Intervention Team.
* Serve as the Designated First Aid and Fire Safety Person.
Requirements:
* Must-Haves:
* Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7/8 preferred)
* At least 3 years post-qualification experience in an early years setting, ideally with leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of inclusive early childhood education
* In-depth knowledge of current childcare legislation and regulatory requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
