Overview
Our client is seeking a passionate Design and Sales Manager to lead the charge in enchanting crafting Christmas lighting and decoration concepts for shopping centres, businesses, and town management teams.
Salary €80,000 (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities
Site Assessments: Conduct visits to various shopping centres, retail parks, and town centres to evaluate locations for festive installations.
Creative Development: Design tailored proposals that illuminate each space with holiday spirit while ensuring practicality and charm.
Presentations: Prepare and showcase captivating design concepts and visual proposals to clients that bring ideas to life.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with installation capabilities.
Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, nurturing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to expand and enhance existing lighting and decoration programmes with current customers.
Safety and Standards: Ensure all proposed designs meet operational, aesthetic, and safety standards.
Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on layout, lighting effects, themes, and overall seasonal presentation.
Installation Support: Assist in planning and coordinating installations when needed.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of site assessments, proposals, and client communications.
Ongoing Engagement: Conduct regular visits to client sites throughout the year to strengthen relationships and explore future opportunities.
What You Bring
A strong background in design and sales, with experience in creative proposal development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients.
A proactive approach to relationship management and customer satisfaction.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning displays.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Proficiency in design or presentation tools (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, Adobe, or similar) is advantageous.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
