The Trinity City Hotel is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full -Time Hotel Receptionist.
As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The Trinity City Hotel is a boutique 4* hotel in the heart of Dublin City centre, just a few minutes stroll from Grafton and O'Connell Street. Full-Time position available, flexible shifts.
Main Purpose of the Job
To ensure that the customer receives a warm welcome and an excellent, personalised and efficient service at check-in,check-out, during the visit, on the telephone and through email.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Front Desk operations
* Greeting guests and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
* Checking in and out guests using Opera property management system - experience preferred
* Handling telephone and reservations enquiries
* Working with Housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are prepared to a high standard
* Provide information to customers on hotel facilities, services and outlet opening times.
* Be familiar with local tourist attractions, amenities and activities and be able to assist customers with their requirement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in a 4* Hotel or experience in a similar role.
