Brand Manager Dublin, Ireland We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join a dynamic commercial team, working at the intersection of product, sales, and brand strategy.

Reporting to the Brand & Planning Manager, this role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with brand partners while driving joint commercial strategies, retention initiatives, and customer loyalty programmes.
The remit is broad and varied, combining strategic planning with hands-on implementation, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain effective working relationships with brand partners, coordinating preparation for key commercial and operational meetings.
Understand both internal and partner objectives, translating them into clear, aligned plans to drive volume and financial performance.
Identify and develop commercial and operational opportunities, delivering initiatives that add value to both the business and its partners.
Monitor and evaluate sales and performance metrics, providing insights and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Develop integrated customer retention and loyalty strategies, including initiatives to increase contract renewals and enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate across internal functions including Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure brand strategies are aligned and effectively executed.
What Youll Bring 5+ years experience in a commercial or financial environment, ideally in a brand partnership or strategy-focused role.
Third-level qualification in Business, Strategy, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results against KPIs.
Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
Commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
A self-starter who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at pace.
