Looking for: We're seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support medication dispensing systems across Ireland but predominantly Dublin.
This hands-on, customer-focused role involves technical support, installation, maintenance, and training at hospital sites.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for medical devices, including installation, corrective and planned maintenance.
Deliver exceptional customer service and own issue resolution.
Build strong relationships that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medical Device Regulations.
Manage daily planning, tools, and car stock inventory efficiently.
Requirements
Proven Field Service Engineer experience in medical devices.
Level 5 Certification in Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Strong IT skills
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and professional skills.
Full, clean driving license.
