LIMS Project Analyst - Dublin, Ireland - 6 Months
Our client is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical organisations. With continued organisational growth, including ongoing investment across the portfolio and capital projects at their manufacturing facility in Dublin, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a LIMS Project Analyst to join the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Configuration or modification of LIMS setups, including microbiology or QC Analytical methods, product specifications, schedulers, standards & reagents, COA's, Label and printer setup, and associated LIMS Master Data.
2. Creation and verification of LIMS Master Data as required.
3. Development of Test Scripts/Test Protocols for formal LIMS test execution as required. Execution of informal and formal verification testing of the configured LIMS solution in collaboration with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) project resources.
4. Hosting facilitated review workshops with users to walk them through the configured LIMS, making updates prior to design completion and testing.
5. Supporting end users with training materials and execution, troubleshooting during hyper-care stages, and escalating issues to IT or LIMS Administrators.
6. Contribution to the development of LIMS Configuration/Design Specifications and Design Note documentation.
7. Assisting with LIMS Hardware setup in collaboration with D&D.
8. Analyzing user requirements and LIMS design in collaboration with business users and team members.
Desirable Experience includes:
1. Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, IT, or a related scientific discipline.
2. Experience as LIMS administrator / Master Data Builder.
3. Experience working in finished product pharmaceuticals/biologics, including analytical chemistry, quality assurance, quality control, development, and/or manufacturing areas.
4. Thorough understanding of quality systems and cGMPs.
5. Experience in Master Data Building and/or maintenance of LIMS data.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
