Our client’s Not-For-Profit (NFP) team provides audit and other assurance services to a wide range of charities, membership bodies, social enterprises, trade unions, and other not-for-profit organizations. They are now seeking an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing team.

Main Responsibilities —
* Manage a portfolio of NFP audit clients, including coordination of service offerings from other departments
* Manage assignments resourced from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction combined with targeted firm recovery
* Responsibility for fee billing and cash collection among own portfolio of clients
* Measure against collective (departmental) targets for FCR, billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals
* Involvement in staff training
* Involvement in firm/department practice development, business development, and marketing initiatives
* Responsibility for staff reviewing procedures
About you —
* Qualified Accountant with 3+ years PQE, ideally in a medium or large practice environment
* Top-tier interpersonal skills

* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
* Relationship builder with a strong focus on building lasting relationships with clients and teams
* Understands the importance of client satisfaction and adding value
* Ability to work in a team environment

* Excellent computer-literacy skills
