Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
* Communicate warmly and clearly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Follow individual care plans and accurately record residents' daily activities and progress.
* Observe residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
* Support the team by maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
