This is a full-time permanent role based on-site in Glin, Limerick.

Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician, you will join a dedicated team responsible for the optimal performance and reliability of all machinery and equipment.
This hands-on role is crucial in supporting both production continuity and high safety standards.

Key responsibilities include: Carry out wiring and panel upgrades to improve equipment performance and ensure safety compliance; Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including replacing motors, relays, contactors, and overloads; Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults efficiently; Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and circuit diagrams to support accurate repair work; Complete electrical installations, including connections to light sockets, motors, and distribution boards; Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems; Maintain and service mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; monitor PLC control systems (Allen Bradley); Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed; Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates to management.

Criteria: Minimum of 3 year's experience in a maintenance-, or manufacturing work environment; Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and PLC systems; Ability to read schematics and technical drawings; Available for shift work.
