Working Model - Fully Onsite
Remuneration - (Point 1) €57,325 - (Point 7) €70,034
Annual Leave - 30 Days pro rata as per Health Service Executive (HSE)

PURPOSE OF THE POST
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a senior member of the HR Management Team and will be working with the HR Operations Manager and Director of Human Resources to assist in all areas of Human Resources Management.
You will be involved in the strategic and operational development of the HR department, including being assigned a function of responsibility under the new HR Operating Model which will include:
 * HRBP for Recruitment, Administration and Compliance
 * HRBP for Workforce Planning and Training
 * HRBP for Employee/Industrial Relations and Employee Support
