The Role
We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team. Based in our showroom, you will deliver exceptional client experiences that go beyond the transaction, building lasting relationships through trust, emotion, and personalised service.
How You’ll Contribute

Conduct one‑hour lounge consultations, guiding clients through a bespoke design journey
Deliver a seamless luxury experience from initial interaction to post‑sale follow‑up
Achieve monthly sales targets through a consultative, personalised approachBuild strong product knowledge across collections, materials, and craftsmanship
Use CRM systems to manage enquiries, track bespoke orders, and resolve client queries
Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain showroom standards
Collaborate with internal teams to support operations and visual merchandising

Success in this role means consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing positively to a team‑focused environment.
Skills You’ll Bring

1–2 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail with a strong sales track record
Jewellery or gemmology training (e.g. GIA, JAA) is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience across phone, video, and face‑to‑face consultations
Strong systems skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently
Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑focused
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Creative eye for styling and passion for bespoke jewellery
Exceptional attention to detail
Customer‑first mindset with strong brand representation
Flexibility to travel between stores when required
Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods
