Job Functions & Responsibilities Champion customer interests: Oversee order placement and execution with production units, safeguarding delivery conditions and acting as the voice of the customer.
Resolve challenges with impact: Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team and manage complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
Own business performance: Take responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results and analyse KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics.
Strengthen long-term relationships: Develop and enhance customer contracts and supplier agreements (annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, contract amendments).
Lead customer engagement: Collect and analyse customer insights (requirements, planning, satisfaction) and host regular customer performance reviews to foster partnership success Global Team Player: You are confident to work within a global team of Customer Service, Account and Sales manage on the jpoint goal of customer satisfaction Deliver beyond expectations: Take on special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer value.
Person Specification The candidate should essentially fulfill the following requirements: Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering discipline.
3 years+ Experience in customer related roles Experience in Aviation MRO industry advantageous Exceptional service orientation and customer focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid proficiency in the relevant IT systems used (MS Office/Teams, ERP Systems) Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships is a plus Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities Diplomacy and negotiating ability Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Commitment to ongoing professional development All applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and hold a valid work visa as no sponsorship available for this position.
