Our client, a niche Real Estate business based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a Finance & Operations professional to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting business growth working closely with Senior Finance Leaders and providing on-the-ground operational engagement across active project sites.
This could suit someone with similar experience or a Part Qualified/Recently Qualified Accountant coming from Practice who is looking a move to the Industry.
Key Responsibilities
 * Conduct site visits to assess and identify potential opportunities.
 * Assist in the financial analysis of trading entities and investment targets.
 * Support the preparation of accounts and budgets in coordination with the finance team.
 * Carry out operational site visits to ensure smooth execution of plans and activities.
 * Coordinate and manage external teams including contractors, property managers, solicitors and accountants.
 * Engage with tenants to resolve operational issues and ensure tenant satisfaction.
 * Represent the company in meetings, presenting data and insights to the executive team and board.

Qualifications & Experience
 * A third-level qualification in Finance, Business, Property, or a related field.
 * Proven experience in a similar finance or operations-focused role is essential.
 * Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 * Knowledge of property, investments, or business analysis would be an advantage.
 * Full Driver's Licence essential.
