Position type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: 40
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 0600 - 1630
Pay range: we are recruiting for 3 roles across different factory areas with pay rates ranging from €14.96 - €15.30 depending on area.
€15.30 per hour only role - Potential increase at 3 months (€16.32) & 6 months (€17.03) after successful training
Breaks: 1 x 30 minutes paid, 1 x 30 minutes unpaid

Responsibilities
Operate the production machinery in line with SOPs, safety, hygiene and quality requirements
Carry out machine start‑ups, shut‑downs, changeovers and routine checks
Monitor machine performance, rejects and downtime, and report issues
Complete product quality checks to ensure specifications are met
Support preparation of the machine for the next day’s production (set‑up, tempering and packing requirements)
Keep the machine and surrounding area clean, tidy and audit ready
Raise and document machine faults or defects with the Line Lead or Supervisor
Complete all production and quality paperwork accurately and on time
Work with others on the line to keep equipment running efficiently
Good mechanical understanding of machines and equipment
Ability to work effectively with others
Able to keep work areas and tasks organised during the shift
Comfortable carrying out basic counts, checks and calculations
Able to read, write and speak English clearly for production paperwork and handovers
