Accounts Assistant/Administrator
Full time accounts assistant & administrator role in an Agri Business based in Co Wexford.
Reporting to Accountant.
Responsibilities of the position will include:
* Handling general daily office administration.
* Answering phone calls and e mails from Customers and suppliers and dealing with queries and taking payments from Customers over the phone.
* Dealing with calls and queries from our sales team.
* Accounts payable/receivable- processing invoices, managing payments and maintaining accurate records of financial payments.
* Daily credit card and petty cash reconciliation and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
· Excellent communication and organising skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work on your own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Similar administrative experience is essential for this role with a minimum of three years experience
