Job Description
The Chief Operations Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as coordinating travel arrangements and training sessions.
* Coordinate events, maintain records, and represent the organization at external functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational support to the CEO, including managing calendars, meetings, bookings, and travel arrangements.
* Handle all incoming queries via phone and email, addressing public and professional inquiries related to the organization.
* Collaborate with the IT department to issue IT equipment and maintain the asset register.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
