Cpl Recruitment are looking for a HR Manager to join a Healthcare Organisation on a permanent basis who are based in Kilkenny. The successful candidate must have 5 years HR Experience. Key Responsibilities: *Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy *Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and offboarding *Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff *Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance *Maintain pay plan and benefits program *Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees *Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues *Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings *Maintain HR systems and records with confidentiality and accuracy *Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making *Lead or support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Requirements: *Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus) *5+ years of proven experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity *Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please email your CV to Skills: HR Employee Relations Employment Law
