Online Sales Professional Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Online Sales Manager to spearhead our online sales efforts.
* Drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience by overseeing day-to-day management of online orders for eCommerce stores, ensuring order fulfilment within advertised timeframes, and providing exceptional levels of customer service to promote loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and integrate order data with ERP systems efficiently and ensure accurate and available information in relevant systems.
* Engage with branches to maintain stock of all relevant products for ease of fulfilment.
* Review product offerings, ensuring detailed information exists on all products.
* Collaborate with Marketing/eCommerce teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
* Regularly review and manage cost inputs, including deliveries, and courier services.
* Oversee website vendor relationships.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in online sales management is required.
* Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic target-driven sales environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
