About the Role Were seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team, ensure full PSI compliance, and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities As Supervising Pharmacist, youll take responsibility for the safe and compliant running of the pharmacy in line with the Pharmacy Act **** and PSI guidelines.
Youll oversee dispensing, stock control, and record-keeping, while ensuring all legal and professional standards are met.
Youll support and develop your team, promote continuous professional development, and maintain a culture where patient safety, communication, and teamwork come first.
Youll also play a hands-on role in delivering expert advice, supporting health initiatives such as vaccination and screening services, and driving service excellence in every interaction.
What Were Looking For Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in community pharmacy (supervisory experience an advantage) Strong leadership and communication skills Proactive, organised, and patient-focused approach A positive attitude and ability to lead by example ??
