Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Oversee all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales & marketing, maintenance, and HR.
Ensure the hotel operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, in line with company standards and guest expectations.
Maintain high standards of quality, service, and guest experience across all areas.
Financial & Commercial Management Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
Drive revenue generation through effective sales, marketing, and yield management strategies.
Control costs and optimize operational efficiencies without compromising guest satisfaction.
People & Culture Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
