Dromoland Castle is recruiting for Full Time Resort Attendant - TheResort Attendantis responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all public and operational areas across Dromoland Castle estate. This includes theDRHQ Administrative Building,Leisure Centre,Spa,Golf Club, andGolf Driving Range. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all assigned public areas are consistently cleaned, sanitised, and maintained to the highest standards.Carry out daily cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and restocking supplies.Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.Clean and sanitise washrooms, changing areas, and other hygiene-sensitive zones.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of entrances, lobbies, hallways, recreational facilities, and outdoor common areas.Respond promptly to guest or management requests regarding facility cleanliness or support.Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs.Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene.Use cleaning equipment and materials responsibly and in accordance with training and safety standards.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experience.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in a similar role.Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness and presentation.Good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks and prolonged periods of standing or movement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Work AuthorisationWe are only accepting applications from candidates with full work rights in Ireland.AccommodationAccommodation is NOT provided for this role.SkillsFacilities Cleaner Hotel
