The role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences in chemicals, life sciences, and supply chain sectors, etc.Support sales teams with targeted content and communications tailored to different customer segments.Enhance the company's brand identity through digital and print materials.Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights.Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform strategy.Manage professional social media platforms.Requirements:Proven experience in marketing in B2B, chemicals, life sciences, logistics, or industrial sectors.Experience managing campaigns, both digital and offline, with measurable results.Comfortable working independently.Adaptable and creative, able to work in a dynamic, evolving organisation.Benefits:Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 DOEAnnual bonus (5–10%)Pension contribution starting at 4%, increasing to 6% with years of service22 days annual leave, increasing to 24 with serviceBirthday bonus (€250 on the month of your birthday)Assurance cover of four times your base salaryOpportunity to shape and grow the marketing function within a highly successful, innovative business
