European Graduate Programme: Planning & Logistics – Supply Chain & Procurement 2026 at Diageo. Location options: Leven (Fife), Shieldhall (Glasgow) or St James Gate (Dublin). Start Date: 1 September 2026. Closing Date: 10 November 2025.
What to expect
Our graduate programmes put you at the heart of a global business, with hands-on experience and tailored learning for curious, driven minds. The three‑year rotational programme provides comprehensive insights into Planning & Logistics operations while developing essential skills for your career.
Year 1: Immersion into Logistics Operations. Possible rotations include roles such as Primary Logistics Manager, Project Manager, Market Service Owner, and Shipping Analyst.
Year 2: Transition to Planning Function. You will explore inventory management, production planning, and gain experience with planning systems, using data for decision‑making and understanding risk management. Possible rotations include Market Planner, Business Planner, or Category Supply Planner.
Year 3: Project Leadership & Innovation. You will lead significant projects involving execution, capacity planning, budget forecasting, and resource coordination, and explore supply chain innovation through technologies like automation and AI. You may participate in Digital Transformation or Logistics Automation initiatives.

We are particularly interested in graduates with degrees in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Operations Management or Digital Transformation, expecting to graduate in 2026 or within the last 2 years. You must be proficient in English and be mobile across Europe, with readiness to relocate during the programme.
