The facility has a track record of 30 years of outstanding operational performance and customer service, backed by a highly experienced workforce.Graduate NPI Manufacturing Engineer Objectives Of PositionBe part of a product development team, bringing leading-edge products tomarket including class 3 medical devices.Project manage new products and processes during the pre-production andvalidation phase of the on-boarding process.Monitor status of new products and ensure effective execution of projectsaccording to required product specification, internal procedures and customerexpectations.Identify areas for improvement both in the product design and manufacturingprocess as the builds are executedBecome a Subject matter expert on customer processes and provide atechnical point of contact for the customer on Quality and Engineering issuesPERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONSEssentialNFQ Level 8 Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, manufacturing,Mechatronics, Biomedical, electronic or automation related disciplines)Good communication and influencing skills.Ability to effectively present information to customers and internal personnelat all levels.Excellent PC skills especially MS-ExcelSome travel may be requiredDesirableExperience using Solidworks or similar 3D design softwareProject Management Qualification and /or experienceMedical device process validation knowledgeExperience with electronics, product assembly or cleanroom processes.Automation expertise including PLC, pneumatics, robotics, cobots, visionsystems, etc.Experience with operational software systems (Oracle, Agile,)Lean 6-sigma training
