Senior Financial Analyst Role

You will partner with the site financial controller to:
* Collaborate with non-financial leaders to help them understand and maximize their budgets for both everyday spend and new product development projects.
* Contribute to the annual budget formation and quarterly forecasting (latest best estimates).
* Increase the company's gross margin by driving cost-saving initiatives across inventory, labor usage, and waste reduction.
* Provide weekly insights on labor and inventory utilization and work with managers to maximize same.
* Business partner with manufacturing teams on new product development by managing the budget throughout the product development lifecycle.
Using innovative technology, you will work with your finance team colleagues to streamline processes and the flow of financial data between operations and finance teams.

To become a senior financial analyst, you will need to hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and ideally have manufacturing or commercial accounting experience in a multinational company.
