Key Job Responsibilities:
* Design and develop complex automation systems in support of research, development and new product introductions.
* Lead the technical expertise in prototyping, assembly, development and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system integration.
* Oversee the knowledge continuity and transfer capabilities from one site to another through SMEs and talent retention.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with experience in automation deployment.
* Proven track record in managing technical and/or automation disciplines with strong project management leadership skills.
* Proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and Solidworks with excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
