Job Summary:
Kelsius continue to expand in both local and international markets and to assist in this growth we now need to expand the Lead Generation & Business Development team.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing email marketing ,social media platforms and telephone skills to generate inbound leads, driving business growth, and expanding our client base. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, good humour and analytical skills to effectively attract and engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to generate qualified leads through email marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets, utilizing various tools and platforms.
* Create and manage engaging content across email and social media channels to attract and nurture leads.
* Strong telephone and interpersonal skills with ability to close appointments for sales team.
Email Marketing:
* Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client engagement.
* Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to ensure targeted messaging.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to inform future strategies.
Social Media Management:
* Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate inbound leads.
* Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential clients through social media interactions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track, manage, and analyze lead data.
* Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, campaign performance, and ROI.
* Use data-driven insights to refine and improve lead generation strategies.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on target markets and messaging.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative approaches to attract and convert leads.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in lead generation, business development, email marketing, and social media management.
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in B2B lead generation and familiarity with account-based marketing strategies.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visually appealing content.
* Second language is not essential but would be advantageous
