Quantity Surveyor
to support the delivery of complex, high-value
data centre construction projects
across the UK and Europe.

The Role:
As a
Quantity Surveyor
on our clients' mission-critical builds, you will play a key role in ensuring financial performance, contractual integrity, and cost predictability throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Responsibilities
Manage pre- and post-contract activities including
tendering, cost planning, and final accounts
Administer main and sub-contracts, ensuring adherence to NEC or JCT frameworks
Monitor and report on project financial performance, cash flow, and cost/value reconciliations
Support change management, variations, and commercial risk assessments
Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Client Representatives
Ensure
accurate documentation, valuations, and payment applications
are submitted on time
Participate in commercial meetings and client reporting cycles
Qualifications
Experience working as a
Quantity Surveyor
(Post Contract) on construction projects – ideally within data centre, industrial, commercial, or healthcare environments
Excellent working knowledge of
construction contracts
(e.g., NEC, JCT)
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Ireland work eligibility and flexibility to travel to site if required
