Site Leadership Role
Job Description:
As a Site Director, you will oversee the customer site in Ireland, managing activities, including people management, customer satisfaction, and budget management. You will drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes and empowering safety ownership.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline and 7-10 years of relevant experience. You should also have extensive expertise in semiconductor or related industry, experience in strategic planning and business analytics, and high-level Customer Management experience.

You should be able to build, lead, inspire, and motivate teams, communicate complex ideas effectively, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
