IT Support Analyst (Level 1) - Contract

€34,000 – €44,000 DOE
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our client's Enterprise Services team. This is a hands-on technical support role where you'll work closely with internal users and external partners to maintain and support IT infrastructure and services in line with SLAs.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential for permanent opportunities and career progression routes to develop. Offering you the chance to establish yourself and build your IT career with a large scale Irish organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver first-line support via phone, email, and desk-side assistance to internal users.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, telephony, and network issues.
* Record, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
* Collaborate with Level 2 support, third-party vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Conduct daily health and security checks, identifying and escalating issues as needed.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT services and processes.
* Actively participate in regular IT team meetings and contribute to service improvements.
Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role.
* Proficient in Windows 11 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Strong experience supporting Microsoft Office and M365 applications.
* Familiarity with Active Directory (user and group management).
* Experience with file sharing solutions (OneDrive or server-based) and networked printing.
* Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN.
* Basic hardware knowledge (e.g. memory upgrades, hard drive replacement).
Nice to Have:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Identity Management, and Microsoft Intune.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: €34,000 - €44,000 DOE
