What You'll Do
This is a hands-on, high-energy role that blends creativity, strategy, and execution. You'll deliver content focused on
lead generation
,
brand growth
, and
sales enablement
— all while collaborating with a talented and supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
* Content Creation:
Write compelling, conversion-focused copy and design high-quality marketing assets (digital and print).
* Digital Marketing:
Support lead generation by improving website performance, managing SEO updates, and tracking user engagement.
* Partner Marketing:
Collaborate with technology partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded content and events.
* Design & Visuals:
Create engaging visuals and graphics for emails, ads, and social media.
* Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and communicate results clearly.
What You'll Bring
* 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
* Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and campaign strategy.
* Experience with design tools like
Adobe Creative Cloud
(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or
Canva
.
* Experience with
marketing automation platforms
(e.g. Spotler, HubSpot, or similar).
* Basic
video editing
skills for platforms like YouTube or LinkedIn.
* A degree in Marketing or a
CIM qualification
