Operative Role

* Perform general operational duties as directed by management
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Operate tools, machinery, or equipment after receiving necessary training
* Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times
* Report any issues, hazards, or defects to supervisors
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and team leaders
* Meet productivity and quality targets on a daily basis
About You:
* You will be reliable, punctual, and committed to your work
* Strong attention to detail is essential
* Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
* Good communication and teamwork skills are vital
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment would be beneficial
* An understanding of basic health & safety practices is advantageous
* A valid PPT licence is preferred but not essential
