Job Title: AI Annotator
We are looking for an AI Specialist who can utilise their linguistic skills in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to investigate and resolve reported issues, enforce clients Terms of Use, and become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
The successful candidate will possess strong personal resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as empathy. They will also have high adaptability and a positive approach to challenges, with effective time management and prioritisation skills.
* Key responsibilities:
o Investigate and resolve reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system) such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
o Enforce clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
o Become and remain knowledgeable about clients products and community standards.
o Use market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
o Gather, analyse, and utilised relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience.
o Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.
o Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
