We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Site Manager in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* On-Site Project Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations on residential construction sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
* Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of tasks, programme expectations, and site procedures while monitoring performance and productivity.
* Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols, conduct site inspections, maintain statutory records, and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Quality Control & Progress Monitoring: Monitor the quality of workmanship, review drawings and specifications, resolve site issues, and ensure all work meets design intent and client requirements. xyswxtq
* Site Logistics & Reporting: Plan and manage site logistics, materials delivery, and sequencing of works; prepare daily/weekly progress reports, communicate site updates to the project management team, and support programme delivery.
Requirements
Must have 10+ years in a similar role preferably on Residential projects
Successful candidate must have a solid Residential background
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin

€80,000 - €90,000 + Package
