Job Responsibilities
Drive customer and cross-selling acquisition through phone, email, and digital outreach.
Prospect in and outbound, to drive new qualified pipeline, discover and qualify.
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate NetApp’s value propositions across 3-5 use cases.
Collaborate with the channel to deliver proposals.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, including cold calling and targeted campaigns & social selling.
Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Work closely with sales, technical specialists, and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
18–24 months of experience in inside‑sales, or a related field (internships welcome), mainly focused on full pipeline ownership (prospect to close).
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal formats.
Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM platforms.
Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud, storage, or IT solutions.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent English and Spanish, and comfortable working in an international environment.
IT or cloud industry exposure.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, system integrators).
