Operations Management Role in General Insurance
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong operational and leadership background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance delivery, regulatory compliance, and client success for teams operating in Ireland and outside of Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead operational delivery for local and international teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with on-location managers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Support and guide teams through transformation towards a blended human/digital service model.
* Monitor performance metrics, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
* CIP or APA qualified in General Insurance.
* Minimum 3 years' management experience in the insurance industry.
* Strong leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.
* Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
