Job Description
Our restaurant is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Kitchen Leader to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen.
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Supervise and support kitchen staff effectively.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control efficiently.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in their roles.
* Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
* Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety regulations.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
