Aramark are looking to recruit a Team Lead for a busy restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
Experience in a similar role a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of HACCP Health Safety is essential for this role along with the ability to work on own intuitive.
Expectations: Support the Management Team and perform supervisory duties in Restaurant Ensuring that all the team adhere to the company policies and procedures.
Assist Management Team with new team member training (under the Buddy System).
Conduct Team Meetings, with mentor group, to update Team Members on best practices and continuing expectations for service at Restaurant level.
Share comprehensive and detailed feedback about team performance / service delivery at daily briefings with your line manager.
Ensure company (Aramark) brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards and are within all compliance (90%).
Provide quality Customer Service, as per SLA, including interacting with customers, when required, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Delegate tasks and ensure daily service timelines are met.
Oversee day-to-day operation at Restaurant level, with onsite Management Team.
Motivate Team Members.
Organize workflow and ensure that Team Members understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching where required, based upon your experience.
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Lock up and secure all areas prior to leaving the building.
Report any defective equipment on your shift by either communicating to line manager or handover book.
Check all departments before leaving that all departments and equipment Is closed properly and all doors are locked and secure.
Assist the unit manager with any admin tasks that is needed during your shift In return you will receive an attractive remuneration, meals on duty, full uniform, Monday - Thursday 07:******:*****:*******:00 Friday.
