Western Alzheimers is recruiting for Day Care Assistants for their Day Centre at Elphin, Roscommon to join their Community Employment project. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get back to work, up-skill and gain further experience in a person-centered healthcare setting. QQI certified Healthcare training with support provided.
Duties include caring for people with Alzheimers Disease/dementia, assisting with personal care, serving meals, social engagement, therapeutic activities etc. 19.5 hours per week, part-time & fixed term. CE eligibility criteria applies and the position is subject to Garda Vetting.
