The
Parts Advisor
is a branch position assisting the branch's Operations Manager, working as the "face of the branch" for the Parts & Service Departments.
The Parts Advisor will foster brand loyalty by providing accurate and timely technical support and offering equipment service programs to customers.
Sales experience a plus, as the Parts Advisor will offer service program upsells as a problem solver when the opportunity exists.
Strong phone communication skills are important.

What You'll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone-in rental customers.
Build strong relationships with clients while identifying new rental opportunities.
Prepare quotes, process rental orders, and follow up to close sales.
Provide exceptional service and technical product recommendations.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and rental management systems.
Upsell and cross-sell rental solutions to maximize customer value.
Participate in training (online and in-person) to stay current with John Deere equipment.
Support company safety, conduct, and policy standards in every interaction.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years
of inside sales, customer service, or rental industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of construction/industrial equipment is a strong plus.
Tech-savvy: able to use CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and rental software.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed goals.
