A global medical device company are looking for an Electrical Mechanical Technician / Engineer to join their Engineering team on a contract basis. Your role will be focused towards designing and building electrical hardware test systems based on what is trying to be measured. You will also need to help manage equipment and machine builds.Essential skills:Equipment management and Test system buildingDesigning and building electrical equipmentMechanical experienceBuilding electrical test systems from scratchHighly desirable skills:Medical device or other regulated industry experienceWorking in the medical industry on capital equipmentThe start date is ASAP. The initial contract is for 6 months, with multiple extension options. The role is based in County Tipperary and will require 4-5 days onsite per week. The rate is €30-45 per hour, depending on experience.
