Job Description The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity.
This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate across departments, gather essential data, and provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain financial reports, including P L statements, budgets, cost analysis, CAPEX reports, FCF tracking, and savings analysis Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by corporate and business stakeholders Utilize Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level to automate reports, analyze data, and create dynamic financial models Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness Ensure financial reports align with US GAAP and IFRS standards Monitor and assess business performance metrics, providing recommendations based on financial insights Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in FP A, accounting, or financial reporting roles Strong knowledge of P L statements, cost structures, budgeting, and financial analysis High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred Basic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles Additional Information We offer: Attractive salary package Workplace work hours flexibility Structured learning and development / Mentoring program International environment Events such as International Women's Day, Earth Day, etc.
