Job Title: Forecourt Shop Supervisor*Reports to: Site Manager or Retail ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise Staff:Lead, train, and develop forecourt shop staffEnsure excellent customer service and teamworkCustomer Service:Handle customer inquiries and resolve issuesMaintain high standards of customer satisfaction & customer experienceStock Management:Order and manage stock levelsMinimize waste and optimize inventoryCarry out Bi weekly stocktakes on agreed stocks .ie off licence &TabaccoQuarterly stocktakes to take placeSales and Promotions:Promote products and services to drive salesImplement promotional activities and loyalty programsHealth and Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentOperations:Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing proceduresProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyReconcile Daily cash & send reports to Head officeReconcile ATM on a daily basisSecurity:Monitor CCTV and prevent loss where requiredFollow security protocols and proceduresRequirements:Retail or customer service experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work flexibly, including weekends and holidaysBasic math skills for inventory managementAbility to lift and move stockSkills:Excellent customer service skillsStrong teamwork and leadership abilitiesBasic computer skills for inventory managementAttention to detail and organizational skillsHours of Work5/740 Hours per weekJob Type: Full-timePay: €15.00-€16.00 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingSick payWellness programWork Location: In person
